Christmas Tree Hunting in Tennessee

Will, Brooke, Grandma and Grandpa Pack and myself were lucky enough to help  Uncle Allen and his family pick out their Christmas Tree at a Christmas Tree Farm in North Carolina, while were visiting the "Packs" for Thanksgiving Break.

Of course we had to prepare for our tree hunt with playing on the playground in the beautiful hills, and having our first round of hot chocolate, as there were many rounds before the tree trip was over.

At this Christmas Tree Farm we were given the challenge to find a black stuffed teddy bear tied into the tree. The only clue that was given was the height of the tree. We didn't find the teddy bear, but the kids had lots of fun looking for it, and measuring each tree with a long pipe.

Uncle Allen and his family ended up with a very pretty tree that made us want to go hunt for a tree in Texas, if only we had Christmas Tree Farms in Texas. :(

Tru, Mommy and Brooke ( Brooke and Tru had so much fun playing together on our trip! Brooke and Tru are only one-year apart in age!)

Uncle Allen , Sarah and Addelyn all wrapped up and hidden!

Landon and Will ( Landon is seven-years older than Will, but he sure made Will feel special as he played with Will all week long! What an awesome cousin Landon is! )
